Here from the northwest tip you have great views over the Zieglesee to the Möllner harbor and the Rautenberg silo.

Cycling or walking along the Ziegelsee offers great photo opportunities and there are nice places to take a break.

This route is also my preferred route past the old town of Mölln. I can recommend.

Good alternative to the cobblestone main street.

At the harbor there are many signs with "private property", "no entry" and similar messages. Nevertheless, many people go for walks or bike rides here. It is well tolerated.

The port area and the buildings do not look particularly attractive at first glance. Mainly grain is handled here. But the exposed location on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal and on the Ziegelsee makes up for it all. From here you have fantastic views of the canal and the Ziegelsee.
