On inland dunes there are transitions to dry grassland with bent and silver grass. In groundwater-affected, partly boggy depressions, damp heaths with bell heather can be found, in which the inflorescences of the endangered bog lily set yellow color accents. A beautiful area for hiking. Beautiful in every season. Quite busy on weekends and public holidays, so it is better to start early. From the lookout tower at the prince's grave you have a great view over the heath and the Wilseder Berg.
