By bike, there are several ways to explore other sights, such as Lesna or the television tower on the Jedlak with a view of Chomutov and Jirkov.

A mountain close to Olbernhau is the Bruchberg (668.5 m) in the middle of a beautiful beech forest. Through the industrial estate you reach the Königsweg, which leads towards the Dörfelbachtal. From the branching Stößerfelsenweg or from the Schaaldenkmal you reach the Bruchberg via a climb. The Bruchberg is also located on the former club trail of the Erzgebirge Association.
