Nestled in the beautiful nature of the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve, this traditional fishery stands for fresh, sustainably caught fish from the clear waters of the Schaalsee.

The fishery is located in Zarrentin, directly on Lake Schaalsee. A wide range of offerings awaits you: You can treat yourself to a delicious fish snack here. There are various types of smoked fish and also fish sandwiches, which you can enjoy from the terrace overlooking Lake Schaalsee. Custom-made fish platters are available for your celebration upon request. We have been awarded the regional label for the sale of fish and fish products from Lake Schaalsee (whitefish, pike, bream, tench, burbot, crayfish, roach, eel, carp / smoked fish / meatballs / aspic). A great church in beautiful surroundings.

The wheelchair-accessible moor adventure path through the lime flat moor begins directly behind the PAHLHUUS, which was completely renewed in 2018 and provided with a handrail. The moorland adventure trail is around 800 m long and was generously designed so that it can also be used by wheelchair users and families with prams. Unfortunately, it is not completely barrier-free. The information boards do not contain any alternative offers for the blind and deaf.
