On the Luxembourg side, the trail leads through the romantic forests and gorges of the Müllerthal Region, where mighty rocks, moss-covered boulders, and narrow crevices alternate. Particularly worth seeing are the impressive rock formations near Bollendorf and the Beaufort castle ruins with their medieval charm. A beautiful castle ruin that can also be climbed. From the top you have a great view of Prümzurlay and the surrounding area.

Very nice castle with a great inner courtyard, definitely worth a visit 👍

I like to recommend a hike from Vianden to Falkenstein Castle over the ridge. You can't get to the castle. But the way is awesome!

Even if you only get to the gate. The path is incredibly great and recommendable.
