08.05.24 Bleialf tunnel closed due to construction work. No signage due to diversion. A worker showed us the way towards Prüm: a climb of about 500 m at 8-10%. No one could tell us when the work would be finished. What a pity.

The Köf was used by the DB from 1959 to 1984, then by a metal recycling company in Bremen-Hemelingen.[2] It was restored by volunteers, returned to its original DB condition and in 2007, together with a flat goods wagon, became the first part of the small open-air railway museum.
