There are two separate jetties where guest berths are available (except for the places marked in red). The harbor does not dry out and is also accessible for larger boats. The boats sink in the soft mud at low tide and even remain afloat in front of the sluice at the southern facility.

On the stretch from Otterndorf to Osterbruch, the Hadelner Kanal or ELBE - WESER Schifffahrtsweg is a very well-developed cycle path, but the first stretch up to the federal highway 73 can also be used by motor vehicles.
