Little traffic invites you to SUP and canoe tours. This canal leads through a lock near Otterndorf directly into the Elbe. It is very nice to drive along the canal.

On the stretch from Otterndorf to Osterbruch, the Hadelner Kanal or ELBE - WESER Schifffahrtsweg is a very well-developed cycle path, but the first stretch up to the federal highway 73 can also be used by motor vehicles. I would also like to find out how it goes from Bad Bederkesa to Bremerhaven ;-))

Short crossing ... nevertheless for people who are not from here, a small highlight 👍

as a cyclist it is worth checking the wind direction beforehand, otherwise it is better to drive further inland if there is a headwind :-)
