Very beautiful inhabited castle 🏰 in Mainsondheim

The Mainsondheim Castle was built in the 16th century, and in 1728, when the village was transferred to the Barons of Bechtolsheim, various baroque changes were made. Beautiful property and great view. You can try delicious wines in the wine shop. Opening hours in summer daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Castle of the Castell family. The castle park is privately owned by the Castell family and is only open to the public in the southern, landscaped section. However, the formally designed, private castle park is open to visitors on occasions such as the Casteller country house days or the Casteller wine festival, as well as on arranged tours.
