In recent years, it has also increasingly become a meeting place for inline skaters. Near the Sprengel Museum, there is the Maschsee North Sailing and Yachting School, which offers boat rentals. Due to the shallow depth, the water is already quite warm at the beginning of the bathing season.

There's a lot to discover here. It says there, among other things: the torch runner and the halberdier. There is a boat rental, many benches, a beer garden, a hotel and restaurant. You have a wonderful view over the Maschsee to the south bank.
