Outing to be done in winter and in gloomy weather. The vegetation makes it easy to orient yourself and it is a guarantee of having relatively few people. In summer and in good weather (even in winter), it is hellish because it is so overcrowded.

Winter and summer alike, the lake is a popular destination for Grenoble residents. This body of water is easily accessible from the ski resort and is well worth the hike/run to experience it. The fun descent is still to come!
