This e-mountain bike ride follows a route that overlaps the Blue and Black circuits of Fourques-St Rome. The Black circuit is quite challenging, with very steep descents on paths littered with roots and potholes. The Blue circuit, while easier, still requires some experience and self-control when it comes to mountain biking. The landscapes of this wild part of the Hautes Corbières are very picturesque; the ride is well worth it.

Cascastel-des-Corbières is a beautiful typical village of the Aude department known for its wine production! There are just over 200 inhabitants but the town offers enough restaurants to discover.
