A beautiful arched bridge over the Canal de São Roque. It provides direct access to the city from the parking lot. It was built in 1953 to replace the original wooden bridge. The bridge is decorated with the coat of arms of the city of Aveiro, whose symbol is the eagle.

This place is called Ponte Caída because, as the name suggests, the old bridge collapsed. Today, a new structure stands very close by. This is where the Aveiro walkways end, offering a serene view over the Vouga River. From the top of the small dike, you can enjoy the tranquil beauty of the waters.
