T3, with one steep section requiring the use of hands. Partially secured with a wire rope. Not particularly exposed. Surefootedness required.

Notch and good rest area at a beautiful chapel. Usually used on the way to Zafernhorn.

Magnificent ski touring summit, very frequently visited. Fantastic panoramic view. From the ski depot it is usually a 200m walk up the ridge, which, like the southern flank, quickly melts. Powder snow descents are almost guaranteed.

At 2,134 metres, the Glatthorn is the highest mountain in the Bregener Ore Forest. You reach it via narrow paths and should be experienced and sure-footed. Once you reach the top, you can enjoy a sensational panorama if the weather is clear.

From the Hahnenkopf there is a great view of the Stafelalpe. You can also see the path up to the Glatthorn from here.

It is now very easy to pass. My girlfriend (1.65m) got over it with a normal stride without any problem. On the side where the path is quite steep, there is a wire rope - so it is a nice experience.
