I only tackled the Avigliana side, finding it a beautiful climb, easy in the first section, slightly more challenging in the section after the descent (but never prohibitive). Highly recommended for autumn, when you can enjoy the splendid colors of the forest that frames the climb. A detour to the Sacra di San Michele, a charming abbey rich in history, is highly recommended.

A hill located at an altitude of 1,314 meters along trail 435. It marks the transition between the wooded slopes of the Sangone Valley and the more open areas at higher altitude. A scenic vantage point and crossroads of ancient pastoral paths, it still retains its natural, largely untouched character.

A pass at an altitude of 1,286 meters connecting the Sangone Valley with the Pratovigero area. A crossing point along trail 435, immersed in beech and chestnut forests.

A panoramic promontory located along trail 435. Made of ancient metamorphic rocks, it offers a privileged vantage point over the Sangone Valley and, in the distance, Turin. It is one of the area's major geological features and a characteristic stop on the route.

A beautiful clearing in the woods, offering a panoramic view of the Sangone Valley and the surrounding peaks. The alpine chapel has a simple yet striking structure, with a portico, gabled roof, and bell gable. An ideal stop for lunch, the entire area is equipped with picnic tables and benches.
