Schilpario is a nice village in the upper Scalve valley, located in an important natural context. Famous above all for winter sports, but there is no shortage of attractions in summer too: you can visit museums or take walks through the valley.

Municipality of a thousand inhabitants at the foot of the Vivione pass, Schilpario is a tourist resort in the Scalve valley, in the province of Bergamo. It is the furthest municipality from the Orobic capital and has three hamlets: Ronco, Barzesto and Pradella. There is a well-known cross-country skiing track in Schilpario (in 2025 Schilpario will host the Junior Cross-Country World Championships), an ice rink and several tennis courts.
