The choir gable has a group of three windows, as is not uncommon in early Gothic brick (and also fieldstone) churches southwards to the Mark Brandenburg and westwards to the province of Groningen. The side walls each have two slender pointed arch windows. The two choir bays are heavily busted ribbed vaults based on the Westphalian model.
