A large cross made of birch trunks at a crossroads in the Upper Olmer Forest. A lovely place for a break.

A great forest playground diagonally across from the forest kiosk. Themed around squirrels and the forest, it features plenty of climbing opportunities, lovely carvings, and even a squirrel nest to climb into. Plenty of seating along the perimeter. Great for encouraging the kids to go for a walk.

In my opinion, it's far too inconspicuous considering what was here. Don't just drive past here, but take a moment to reflect and thank God that these weapons were never used.
