Make the effort and walk or drive along the Schlei dam. You'll see all sorts of vacation rental companies with their houses for rent, interspersed with owner-occupied homes, some of which are very similar in design.

Unfortunately, you can't get any closer to this information sign because there are construction fences in front of it. Otherwise, such information boards always provide excellent information about the beautiful things to see in this area.

This picture speaks volumes about this area. In front of you is a field with a single tree, and behind you is the beautiful Baltic Sea. I love this area; it's quiet, and you can see and hear a lot of nature.
