You get a great view when you get to the top. The way up was the last part. A hiking highway isn't for me, like highways.

The barbecue hut in Kadenbach is next to the already known shelter and is a truly monumental building for a town like Kadenbach, along with an outbuilding in which I think the toilet facilities are! The name of the hut "Schauinsland" speaks for itself and fits perfectly!

The view from the tower is simply overwhelming.

At the foot of the Köppelturm, next to the entrance, there is a sign with the altitude of the summit. A great photo opportunity and “proof” of the climb 😀! Climbing the tower is free and you can enjoy a wonderful view. The few extra meters in altitude are worth it 😅.

Very impressive ruin, which is also completely freely accessible. The castle is a bit off the road, but with sturdy shoes it is easy to reach via various paths. Highly Recommended!
