For centuries, the organ has rightly been considered the queen of instruments. It is the largest and, in most cases, the most magnificent instrument, often equipped with the tonal volume of an entire orchestra. A queen of a very special rank is the great organ of the Abbey Church of Himmerod. This organ is not only the most important and imposing in the entire region, it also made history in post-war German organ building.
