The former farmer's house was restored between 1989 and 1990. Style elements from the 17th - 20th centuries can be found here. The house was still lived in by Liesken Grave until 1984. She also gave the house its name. On August 31, 1990, the house was inaugurated after restoration. Since September 1, 1993, the house has served as the home of the Gemen e.V. local association. Civil weddings take place here in a historical atmosphere.
