The view from the Carl von Stahl House is primarily towards the Obere Jochalm. You can't "circle down there in numerous serpentines that are not too steep". In fact, it is absolutely forbidden to drive on the narrow, rugged, 1.4 km long path from Torrener Joch down to Oberjochalm (pushing area). The path can only be cycled again from the Oberjochalm, and from there you can actually "circle down" to the lower Bluntautal.
