Tips
The Teufelssteig takes you from the Hohe Veitsch plateau down to the Rotsohlalm. Its name is no coincidence: the red rock that occurs here in places was formerly attributed to the devil. You don't need to fear that you will meet the gnarled fellow - surefootedness is definitely recommended! 😉

Also doable in winter, and crampons are recommended. It's very steep, though! Be aware of the danger of avalanches.
