Nice place.
The Bernhardtsbrünnchen is located in Darmstädter Ostwald on the northwest edge of the Scheftheimer meadows. The Laufbrunnen was taken in 1850. The gargoyle consists of a bronze lion's head. The water basin consists of a carved sandstone. The well back wall was built of rubble stones. The name of the spring is engraved in the stone tablet on the back of the well.
