Production of chutneysFor many generations, our family has lived at Ankersee near the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. The wonderful air, the wonderful landscape with many small bodies of water and the fruit from the trees and from the gardens gave us the idea: We are "Café Brandtschatz" and let you participate in the genuine taste of our region with our work.We cordially invite you to enjoy our chutneys. We omit all flavor enhancers, glutamate and yeast extract additives. It depends on the original ingredients - pure taste.You can enjoy our chutneys with good bread, meat or vegetables, and also with cheese.In our rustic café in the half-timbered house we serve you homemade cakes and tarts. Many of the ingredients in our cakes and tarts come from the region. The eggs come from free-range chickens in Lankau, and many of the fruits used are freshly harvested from our garden.
