Hiking

Numerous mills were operated with the Zaalwaal. Today 2 of them are still preserved. One is the partially renovated Gungghofer mill, the water wheel of which has been renewed. Lt. The inscription on the lintel was built by Jakob Lechthaler in 1859. The 2nd eastern Schmied-Seppl-Mühle belongs to the Puferhof in Kortsch, has also been renovated and is fully functional. This mill may also have been built at the same time. Mills were still important for a farm in the 20th century. (Information board on site)
