The winegrowers - or Wengerter as they say in Württemberg - deliver the grapes, which are then processed into tasty Württemberg wines by cellar master Jürgen Essig in the Vaihingen-Rosswag press.     The cooperative winery Rosswag-Mühlhausen eG is located in the heart of the Lembergerland. The small winegrowers, who cultivate their vines on pure, mineral-rich shell limestone, land here from all over the area.
