The Terrasstrapporna is a monumental terrace and staircase in the old town of Helsingborg and is next to the Kärnan fortress tower another famous landmark of the city.
Built from 1899 to 1903, the facility is officially named Konung Oscar II: s Terrasstrappor and acts as an architectural link between the large market square Stortorget and the about 40 meters higher park Slottshagen with the fortress tower Kärnan.The terrace staircase consists of a very wide staircase leading to a first wide terrace.
