The Elbe Cycle Path begins at Špindlerův Mlýn in the Giant Mountains in the north of the Czech Republic and ends after 1280 kilometers in Cuxhaven at the mouth of the Elbe in the North Sea. 840 kilometers run on German territory. The route in Germany corresponds to the D route.
