This old castle ruins dates back to the middle of the 12th century. Fascinating what was already being made of architecture at that time. From the ruins you have a very nice view of the adjacent small lake. It is also worth a walk around the lake and the ruins

It is a castle that already existed in Hammershus times and was comparable in importance. It was destroyed by a big fire because it was probably built with a lot of wood. From the ruins you have a beautiful view over the dammed lake all around.
