The Adlisberg Trail - also known as the Elif Trail - is a gently sloping trail just after the lobster head tower down to Degenried. The first part is easy to drive and we are getting a bit more technical. Nevertheless, the whole trail for beginners (like me) can drive very well. From the restaurant Degenried the trail gets more demanding and changes the difficulty to S2.

2 part of the trail is a bit more demanding. Then there is a restaurant.

Flowiger Trail, for beginners as well as advanced. A little further up, you can still enjoy the view from the Loberenkopf tower.

Again and again the trail crosses walking paths, which is indicated accordingly and built in with brake chicanes. The trail can be divided into two parts. At the beginning the trail is relatively flat and has smaller and larger doubles and two tables. This is also the longer of the two parts. In the second short part it gets steeper and more curvy. Some small stone fields are built in, but everything is laid out in such a way that it is mobile. The jumps in the first part can also be bypassed and rolled over if you do not yet dare to jump with the appropriate speed. Here you just have to have your speed under control, because the big doubles really need speed so that you can jump them properly.

Fun downhill, unfortunately I have never seen a restaurant or a wild boar🐽🐷, only about 5 dogs, 2 cats, 2 horses and 3 bikers, along the stream, was very varied and a small stream passage can be avoided .. Be safe here Come back and look for other ways. . .

The upper part of the trail is divided into 6 sections which then allow a break in between.

very nice trail with a couple of larger doubles but all of which can be bypassed without any problems. The second section is a bit more demanding but not difficult either. The second part is not recommended in bad weather.
