The first climb takes you directly to a quaintly furnished hobbit cottage – amidst the lush green Black Forest meadows. Here, the Donissi farm shop offers hearty provisions to stock your backpack with a Black Forest snack at the start of the tour. We bought farmhouse bread and bratwurst, which later turned our rest into a visual treat as well as a taste experience. :-)
