The first climb takes you directly to a quaintly furnished hobbit cottage – amidst the lush green Black Forest meadows. Here, the Donissi farm shop offers hearty provisions to stock your backpack with a Black Forest snack at the start of the tour. We bought farmhouse bread and bratwurst, which later turned our rest into a visual treat as well as a taste experience. :-)

Hiking

Somewhat to the right of the farm shop is a large barrel embedded in the mountain. Ready-made snacks await hungry hikers here. There are delicious black forest ham, peasant sausages and bread, sometimes even with knife and Brettchen. Alternatively there is this and more in the farm shop.
