The Carl-Netter observation tower (colloquially) or officially Großherzog-Friedrich-Jubiläumsturm is a 10 m high observation tower, which was built by the brothers Adolph and Carl Leopold Netter in 1902 in honor of the 50th anniversary of the throne of the Grand Duke Friedrich. The two brothers conquered with their steel company on Buhl, Strasbourg and Berlin, the world markets and supported u.a. the city of Bühl with foundations and donations.

The tower offers a beautiful view over the Rhine plain, the vineyards and the peaks of the Black Forest and is located between Bühl-Altschweier and Buehl-Eisental.
