Today, only pillars and fragments of the park remain as evidence of the estate, including the Perlin Manor House. The stables and barns of the estate burned down in 1945, and the manor house was demolished in 1974.Perlin, first documented in 1222, was owned by the Blücher family from 1343 to 1431. They were succeeded in 1435 by the Lützow family, who held the estate until it was taken over by the Bassewitz family of Schlitz in 1795. In 1934, the merchant Friedrich Gehrke and Lieutenant Colonel Günther Stubbenrauch acquired the estate. However, they were expropriated in 1936,
because the army administration established a remounted garrison here.gutshaeuser.de/de/guts_herrenhaeuser/gutshaeuser_p/gutshaus_perlin

A few meters further into the old park of the no longer existing manor is worthwhile for a view of nature
