The post mill Altensien is located directly on the cycle path. Next to the mill there is an old oven, public toilets and a small museum, but unfortunately it was closed today on Pentecost Sunday 2022

The mill is merely a replica (hence a model). An interesting information board right on the bike path reveals some history.
