Untergeißendorf is a rural hamlet with isolated farms. You constantly work your way up the stony stream up the valley - first gently, later increasing more steeply. To the left and right of the road you can see steep valley slopes with green meadows, which are replaced by thick forests further up.
If you didn't know better, you might think you were in higher altitudes.
