Views from the cliff are spectacular but take your time and go downstairs to the lighthouse when low tide.

      Very nice hiking route.

Good basic fitness and appropriate footwear makes sense, as the route is uneven and rocky in places. Fantastic views along the entire route. Sanitary facilities at Beachy Head with refreshment options also at "Belle Tout Lighthouse" and then at the "Seven sisters/Birling Gab" with restoration.

There is also the option of taking the bus back to Eastborne.

Beachy Head is breathtakingly beautiful. The tour over the cliffs and the view of the lighthouse are really worth it.

However, you have to share the view with many others as the area has become very touristy.

There is a café for breaks and there is also an information center with a shop.
