Blankensee Village Church was built at the beginning of the 15th century. It is a simple, towerless, partially plastered fieldstone church with an almost circular chancel and a later entrance hall added to the west. The church belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran parish of Rödlin-Warbende.

Hiking

Plain, towerless, partly plastered field stone church with an almost round choir closure and later an entrance hall to the west. Erected at the beginning of the 15th century with the dimensions 13 m long, 7 m wide, 5.5 m high.

The west gable with blunt pointed arch, the extension from the beginning of the 20th century, the portal on the south side added.
In 2006 the hipped roof was re-covered.
Two bronze bells, 1466 (71 cm), 1520 (80 cm) with unusual incised drawings, hang in the free-standing belfry west of the church.
