Kiplin Hall and Gardens was built in 1619 for George Calvert founder of Maryland colony, USA, a refuge for persecuted English Catholics. With a spectacular hall, a celebrated tearoom, as well as scenic walks around the lake, through the woodland and parkland, there is plenty to pique your interest.

Opening hours season 2023 (until Sunday 5 November):
Kiplin is open every day except Thursday from 10am to 5pm.
Doors open at 11am, last admission at 4pm.
Last orders in the Tea Room 3.30pm (may be subject to seasonal changes).
Entrance fees:
Adults: £12 - Children £6.5 (<5yrs free) - Family tickets: £19.5 (1 adult + 2 children) or £32.5 (2 adults + 3 children)
