Mountain pine with slippers

By the way: The mountain pine is actually a completely normal tree – a little crooked, a little prickly, and it prefers to grow in the mountains. But… at some point, it thought to itself:"Why am I called a mountain pine if I don't have slippers?! That's so mean! People expect slippers – and I'm standing around here barefoot!"One night, a mountain gnome came by and hung two beautiful shoes on it. Since then, it's been the only pine tree with real slippers! And now all the hikers grin when they walk by – because they think:😄 "Oh look – the mountain pine has finally grown its slippers!"And who knows… maybe it even secretly wanders through the forest at night… very quietly, so no one can hear it."
