Absolutely my favorite place. The snack bar isn't always open. Cell phone reception is either nonexistent or slow. But you can stock up at the discount store in Wittstock. The new bike path from Wittstock to Dranse is great.

Very idyllic bathing area and campsite at Blanchensee. The water is still completely clear, sometimes up to a depth of 2m.
Award for best water quality.
You can watch the small perch swimming around between your legs.
