The house has been largely renovated. We have succeeded in combining the rustic ambience with modern style. Unfortunately, the landlady is only partially suitable as an advisor for possible further routes - she gave us two wrong pieces of information. However, a young domestic worker was able to provide the right tips and information. ;)

Mountain biking

The beautifully situated hut is located at 1,768 m and offers a wonderful view on the magnificent sun terrace. It is a base for numerous mountain tours and open from early June to mid-October. Ideal also for a bike & hike tour, coming from Scharnitz after the Kastenalm the steep uphill section for most of us will probably be a sliding distance ... it's still worth it!
