Tips
The old village church, dating from the mid-14th century and featuring a long, strongly recessed chancel, was built of neatly hewn fieldstone. The masonry of the tower is about two meters thick, the other 1.5 meters. The very slight interlocking between the tower and the nave suggests that the tower was built first, which would be a rarity in church construction.
