During the 1970s, next to the old church, the modern-style Virgen de las Nieves parish church was erected. The last reform occurred in 1996, when it suffered a fire in the altar during the celebration of the patron saint festivities. The fresco paintings, the stained glass windows on the ceiling and the mosaic on the façade stand out.
