Great all-round view after 167 steps

The Käflingsberg is 100.3 m above sea level. NN highest elevation in the wide perimeter.

For people with a fear of heights only partially recommendable. But the climb is worthwhile in any case with good visibility !!!

The tower has a height of 55 m. At 31 m height there is a viewing platform. 167 steps have to be mastered.

Super view. 15 minutes walk from mainline

A transmitting tower used as a lookout point. Bicycle should be parked at the bottom of the bike path and then walk up the mountain about 800m (out of season is little going on - we have followed the recommendation of the bus driver of the national park line 009 and are with the bikes up). Access is free. For healthy people, the climb with 167 steps should be easy. The reward is a fantastic all-round view.

It is a bit exhausting to climb the tower, but you are rewarded with a great all-round view. Display boards explain what can be seen. It is impressive how nature has brought back the former military training area that can be seen on the boards.

The bikes have to pause and the way to the tower has to be walked. There are also about 150 steps to climb. The reward is a great view of the Müritz National Park from a height of 36 m.
