Prince's Island Park is a recreational and recreational park north of downtown on an island on the Bow River.
The park was named after Peter Anthony Prince, founder of Eau Claire Lumber Mill. It was created in 1947 by the Prince family. The park covers 20 acres and has several pedestrian bridges that lead directly to downtown Calgary. It offers lawns and parks, benches, and views of the Calgary skyline. In the park, Canada geese and mallards have settled.
