      You should definitely visit this place. In the back there is a park and amazing gardens made to look like how it was before in the past. Additionally, you can buy the ticket to check out the Palace and the basement if i remember correctly. Moreover, in sunny days there are coffee carts and ice-cream ones in the park behind it

        A historic palace in Białystok, one of the best-preserved aristocratic residences of the Saxon era in the lands of the former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in the late Baroque style, referred to as the "Versailles of Podlasie", "Versailles of the North", and also "Polish Versailles". The origins of the palace date back to the 16th century. The brick castle in the Gothic-Renaissance style was built by the royal architect Hiob Bretfus, known for the construction of the Lower Castle in Vilnius, the royal court in Knyszyn, as well as the modernization and expansion of the Old Castle in Kamieniec Podolski and the castle in Tykocin.

        Completely rebuilt in the late baroque style by three architects: Tylman van Gameren, Jan Zygmunt Deybel and Jakub Fontana. The palace was destroyed in 1944 and rebuilt in 1946–1960.

        From the end of World War II, it housed the Medical Academy, now the Medical University of Bialystok.
