The early Gothic brick building from the early 13th century can be seen from afar. The little church by the sea is in Husum's northernmost district of Schobüll and is one of the most beautiful churches in Schleswig-Holstein.

In 1972/1973 the church was extensively restored. During an interior renovation in 2020, the old layers of paint on the walls were removed and replaced with a uniformly white slurry (Wikipedia).

A very nice restored church. Worth seeing is the altar, the organ and the wall reliefs and the chandelier. Very worth seeing and invites you to linger.
