    Cycling

The Nahant Road run has some great sprint stretches. Also you can park and lock up your bike and if you flip a buck to the counter help at the Dunkin Donuts they'll buzz you in to use the rest room.

    Cycling

I recently saw a sign (posted picture) saying bicycles are not allowed on this road. That makes sense because cars regularly go well over 50 MPH on it. Bikes are pretty common on this road too. I attached pictures to make your own judgement. There is a beautiful alternative path along the beach or if you want to avoid pedestrians I sometimes bike through the beach parking lot.
